About Michael Ludlum
Michael Ludlum began his real estate career in 2005 with a mortgage subsidiary of California Gold Development Corporation, a northern-California development firm focusing on the retail, office, and medical office sectors. After successfully arranging the refinancing of a 36,000 square-foot Regal Cinemas building and a 16,000 square-foot Class A Mixed Use office building, he was named Director of Acquisitions & Business Development for California Gold, and helped bring a number of ground-up development projects to fruition featuring national tenants such as Tractor Supply Company, Starbucks, Verizon, Jamba Juice, The Department of Veterans Affairs, and various others. Michael’s development experience covers a broad spectrum of disciplines, including entitlements, due diligence, financing, financial modeling, and other skills that culminated in his earning the prestigious CCIM designation in 2013.
Following his tenure at California Gold, Michael served as President of QuickFlics, a tech startup company based in Idaho, followed by a reentry into commercial real estate in the brokerage arena. He now serves as a Director with KW Commercial in Del Mar, California, and also works in the private equity real estate sector.
